Return & Refund Policy

At Career Dreamway, all fees paid for training programs, workshops, certification courses, consultations, or related services are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrollment is confirmed.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Non-attendance or partial attendance in any program
• Change of mind after enrollment
• Failure to complete the course or training program
• Inability to participate due to personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations not explicitly promised by Career Dreamway

Program Cancellation

In the event a program is cancelled by Career Dreamway, eligible participants may be offered:

• Rescheduling to a future batch
• Transfer to an equivalent program
• Alternative resolution at Career Dreamway’s discretion

All decisions regarding exceptions, adjustments, or alternative arrangements remain solely with Career Dreamway management.
